You can do this by submitting a new application request, starting with your CR number and then providing your vehicle details.

How do I know if I should buy SME Fleet Insurance?

If your car is registered under your company, you should purchase it through the SME Fleet Insurance platform (SME Fleet insurance). However, if it is registered under an individual’s name, you should choose motor insurance through our retail offering on Greenshield (Retail motor insurance)

How can I upload my vehicles to the Greenshield SME Fleet Insurance platform?

Users can add vehicles to the system in three ways:

Automatic Retrieval from Yaqeen: Enter a sequence number for one vehicle linked to the CR, and the system will retrieve all vehicles registered under that CR from Yaqeen.
Manual Entry: For smaller fleets (1–5 vehicles), add vehicles one by one manually.
Bulk Upload: (1-5 vehicles) Download the Excel template provided in Step 2 of the process, fill in the vehicle details, and upload the completed file.

How can I view my quotes that I made on the Greenshield SME Fleet Insurance platform?

To view your quotes on the Greenshield SME Fleet Insurance platform, log in to your account using your National ID and password. In your account, go to the "Available Quotes" section to see all valid quotes. Expired quotes will not be displayed
